Iron Insights
This page explains how to request deletion of your account and associated data from Iron Insights ("we," "us," or "our"). Iron Insights is the developer and operator of the Iron Insights mobile application and related services (the "Services").
To delete your account and all associated data from Iron Insights, please follow these steps:
- Open the Iron Insights app on your mobile device and ensure you are logged in to your account.
- Navigate to Settings by tapping on the settings icon or menu option within the app.
- Go to Account Settings and select the "Account" section.
- Select "Delete Account" from the available account management options.
- Confirm your decision when prompted. You will be asked to confirm that you really want to delete your account.
- Account deletion is immediate. Once you confirm the deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted instantly.
No data is retained after account deletion. All personal information, account data, and user-generated content associated with your account are permanently deleted immediately upon confirmation of account deletion.
We do not retain any backup copies or archived versions of your data after account deletion.
Zero retention period. All data associated with your account is deleted immediately upon confirmation of account deletion. There is no waiting period, grace period, or data retention period.
- Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once you confirm the deletion, you will not be able to recover your account or any associated data.
- You must be logged in to your account to access the account deletion feature. If you are unable to log in, please contact us for assistance.
- You will lose access to all features, content, and services associated with your account immediately upon deletion.

When contacting us, please provide your account email address and clearly state that you wish to delete your account. We will process your request in accordance with this policy.
You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This right is in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other relevant privacy regulations.
By using Iron Insights, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this account deletion policy and agree to the immediate and permanent deletion of your data upon confirmation of account deletion.
We may update this account deletion policy from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how to delete your account.
